How to register a return
Returns are easily registered through our return system within 14 days of receiving your order.
In the return system, you can choose between:

Exchange (free of charge within the withdrawal period)

Refund
If you wish to request both an exchange and a refund for the same order, these must be registered as two separate returns.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received

The original packaging must be included
Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a reduction in value.
Return shipping
After registering your return, you will receive return instructions by email from our return partner.
Please make sure that:

The item is securely packaged

Any old shipping labels or barcodes are removed or covered
Refunds
For refunds, a fixed return shipping and handling fee of €7 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once your return has been received and approved:

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 1–8 business days

It may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
