RETURN POLICY

At WHO IS SHE, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us about your decision to return the product for a refund. Please be aware that if the order is returned to us outside of this 14-day window, the shipment will be returned to you.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@whosishejewelry.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process. Note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

It's important that the product(s) you return are in their original condition, including packaging, plastic bags, accessories, tags, etc. All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.

Please note that return shipments are at the customer’s own expense. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

COMPLAINT AND REPAIRS

If your jewelry is broken, we can of course help you with this. You are responsible for reporting damages/defects in the product within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

For repair needs, contact our customer service at hello@whosishejewelry.com. Provide both the order number and the reason for your complaint, and feel free to attach a picture of the damaged item so that we can offer you quick assistance.
