Order and Agreement Process

Your order is binding once it has been registered with us. We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing, or in any other way. However, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the right of withdrawal law.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it, if the product is sold out. In case of sold-out items, you will receive a notification about this, possibly along with information on what we can offer instead. The seller of the product is not responsible if products are sold out.


The prices stated for the goods on the date of order shall apply. The stated prices are final and include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25%. The package remains our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received. We reserve the right to change prices and are not responsible for any typographical errors in price information or for sold-out goods.

We cover all shipping costs if the total amount of your order exceeds 1000 NOK. If the total amount of your order is less than 1000 NOK, a shipping cost will be added to your order. The shipping cost will be clearly indicated during the ordering process, and you will be informed about the total amount you have to pay for your order (including any shipping costs) before placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The total cost of the purchase will include all expenses associated with the purchase.


The purchase amount can be paid through card payment options: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.


All general delivery times stated on whoisshejewelry.com are to be considered as guidelines. You can expect to receive your package within two (2) to five (5) business days. Delivery times are business days, with the carrier's time always in addition. WHO IS SHE reserves the right to change the stated general delivery time without further notice. We are not responsible for non-delivery if the delivery is prevented by circumstances beyond our control.

An order confirmation will be sent to the provided email, and a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when your order is packed and ready for dispatch. You will receive a new email with delivery details from FedEx when your package is on the way. The package can be tracked on the FedEx website.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal law gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the order. As long as the goods are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, the goods can be returned. Note that all returns are reviewed before approval.

Returning an order will cost the customer 25 euros. The right of withdrawal assumes that you register the desired cancellation via our return system within the withdrawal period (14 days). You are obliged to return the goods as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the cancellation.

Through the return system, you can request a refund or a size exchange (only for the same item). To exchange the goods for another item, place a new order for the desired item after the return is registered.

How our return system works:

  1. Follow the instructions in the return system and choose either a refund or exchange. Once approved, an email with return instructions is sent.
  2. We receive the returned item and conduct a quality check for final approval.
  3. Once the return is approved, a final email confirming your refund or exchange is sent.

For refunds, a fixed shipping cost is incurred, which is deducted from the total refund amount. The original shipping cost of your order is automatically added to the refund for your return. If you use the right of withdrawal, we are obliged to refund the amount within 14 days from when we receive your cancellation. Any refund is transferred using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


After receiving the products, check if the delivery matches the shipping confirmation, and if the products are damaged or defective.

If a defect or deficiency is discovered, notify us within a reasonable time, no later than seven (7) days from receipt. It is your responsibility to inform and document any defects or errors in your order.

We do not cover damages from incorrect use or lack of maintenance, nor do we cover damages where the product is treated irresponsibly.

In case of an approved complaint, there are no return or handling costs. For disputes, contact the Consumer Council or your local consumer office for assistance.
