Please note that natural wear, surface fading, or damage caused by improper use or lack of care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Every piece is covered by a 2-year general guarantee, while pieces from our Waterproof Collection include a lifetime guarantee against color fading.

Charms

Material: Gold- or silver-plated brass

What to expect:
Our charms are crafted from brass and finished with a layer of 24k gold or silver plating. As with all plated jewelry, the surface will naturally wear over time, especially with frequent wear.

Each charm includes a discreet silicone insert inside the clasp to ensure it stays securely in place on your chain. We recommend handling this component with care to maintain its grip.

How to care for it:

Avoid water, moisture, perfume, and lotions
Remove before showering or working out
Store separately to minimize scratches

Waterproof Collection

(Necklaces, bracelets, and earrings)
Material: Stainless steel with gold- or silver PVD coating

What to expect:
Made from stainless steel and finished with a durable PVD coating, these pieces are created for everyday wear. The PVD process strengthens the surface and improves resistance to fading.

While waterproof, exposure to harsh chemicals or rough surfaces may affect the finish over time.

How to care for it:

Safe to wear in the shower and for daily use
Rinse with clean water after exposure to salt water or chlorine
Dry with a soft cloth when needed
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing

Glam Jewelry

(Necklaces, bracelets, and earrings)
Material: Brass plated with 24k gold or silver
Stones: CZ (cubic zirconia)

What to expect:
The stones are hand-set and secured with small prongs. Rough handling, impact, or twisting may cause stones to loosen. The plating may naturally wear over time.
