Questions
How do I join?
Tick “Join the Exclusive Members Club” at checkout, or create an account and press Join on your account page. It is free, and the order you join on already earns points.
How do I earn points?
Every order earns points worth 5% of what you pay for your products. Shipping does not earn points. 100 points take €1 off, so a €60 order earns 300 points. Gift cards do not earn points.
How do I use my points?
Sign in at checkout and tick “Use your points”. They are taken off the products in your order. They cannot pay for shipping or gift cards.
Do I need an account?
You can join and earn without one. To see or use your points, sign in with the email you joined with.
Can I use my points with other discount codes?
Yes, with most offers and codes. A few codes cannot be combined with other discounts. With those, your points are not used and stay in your account.
What happens if I return something?
The points that order earned go down to match what you kept. Points you spent come back if you return or cancel the whole order.
How do levels work?
Your level follows how much you have spent as a member. An order counts 10 days after you place it, as long as it has not been returned. Once you reach a level, you keep it.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points and your level do not expire.
