Exclusive Members Club terms

The Exclusive Members Club is our loyalty programme on whoisshejewelry.com. It is run by SHN Group AS (Org. No. 922 858 578), Trondheimsveien 100, 0565 Oslo, Norway. Membership is free.

Who can join

The club is for private customers. You join by ticking “Join the club” at checkout, or with the Join button on your account page. The order you join on already earns points. Orders placed before you joined do not count. You can join without an account, but you need to sign in to your account, with the same email, to see or use your points.

Business (B2B) customers are not part of the club. B2B orders do not earn points, and points cannot be used on them.

Earning points

Every order earns points worth 5% of what you pay for the products, VAT included, after any discounts. Shipping does not earn points.
Every €1 you pay for products earns 5 points. 100 points take €1 off a later order.
Gift cards you buy do not earn points.
Your points show in your account shortly after the order is paid.
Points are earned on orders paid in euro.

Using your points

Sign in at checkout and tick “Use your points”. Your points are taken off the products in your order, up to their total. They cannot be used to pay for shipping or gift cards, and they can only be used at a checkout in euro.

Points can be used together with most discount codes and offers. A few codes cannot be combined with other discounts; with those, your points are not used and stay in your account.

If you place two orders close together, your balance may not have been updated yet when you place the second one. Points used twice this way are taken off points you earn later, and your balance can show below zero until then.

Returns and cancellations

If you return items and get a refund, the points that order earned go down to match what you kept.
Points you spent on an order are given back if the whole order is returned or cancelled, or if the payment fails. They are not given back for a partial return.

Levels

Your level depends on how much you have spent with us as a member, counted the same way as earning. An order counts towards your level 10 days after you place it, as long as it has not been returned.

Member: when you join. Earn points on every order.
Supporter: from €400 spent. 5% off every order.
Insider: from €850 spent. 10% off every order and free shipping.
Inner Circle: by invitation only. 15% off every order and free shipping.

Once you reach a level you keep it, even if you return items later.
